How to Top Up Your Credit
Login to Your Account
Start by clicking the Login button in the top right corner of the page. Sign in using your Google account to access the top-up feature.
Navigate to Top-Up Page
Once you're logged in, click on your profile dropdown menu in the top right corner and select "Top-Up Credit" to proceed to the payment page.
Choose Amount and Payment Method
Select your desired top-up amount from the available options. Then choose your preferred payment method including bank transfers (BCA, BNI, Mandiri, BRI), e-wallets (OVO, GoPay, DANA, LinkAja), or credit/debit cards.
Complete Payment
You will be securely redirected to the Duitku payment gateway to complete your transaction. Follow the instructions on the payment page to finalize your purchase. All payments are protected with SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliance.
Payment Verification
After you complete the payment, Duitku will automatically verify your transaction. Once verification is successful, the system will immediately add the credit to your account balance. This process usually takes just a few seconds.
View Transaction History
You can check all your transaction history by clicking your profile dropdown and selecting "Riwayat Top-Up" (Credit History). Here you'll find details of all transactions including status, amounts, and dates.
